Credit 1. As for attendance, you can miss one practical class. If more, an official document must confirm the reason for the absence. If students miss more than one practical class and do not officially confirm their absence, they do not receive credit. A doctor must confirm any subsequent absence. Doctor´s confirmation must be submitted within 7 days after the missed class. 2. The student has to pass all the micro-tests successfully. The students who pass all three micro-tests by the end of the summer semester classes do not have to sit for the summer Credit test. 3. The student has to pass the Credit test successfully. There are 3 chances for the credit test, but only on the given dates. If you come on the last offered date and do not pass, you will have no other chances! The 1st date (during the 8th practical class) is obligatory for all students. Each student has to sign up for the credit test or the final exam in the SIS. 4. Task completion on Moodle (score 100% required, Chapters 14 – 17) until April 12th, 2026. 5. Project presentation in the class. The credit requirements for students who attended LMT before are the same as those for 1st-year students. (They must attend the classes, pass all the micro-tests, Moodle tests, and the credit test, and present a project.) Final Exam The final examination consists of medical phrase translation, etymological explanation of medical terminology, memorabilia, remedia, and abbreviations used in medical terminology. The final test includes all the materials provided in the winter and summer semesters. Students cannot use electronic devices (mobile phones, notebooks, smartwatches, ear help, and others) during tests. Students who break this rule will be evaluated as having failed. Students also fail the test if they cheat, and any fraud will be reported to the faculty ethics commission.
