The study program is aimed at acquiring the knowledge and skills that enable qualified work of music education teachers. It builds on the knowledge and skills acquired in the bachelor study program and further extends this knowledge. However, the emphasis is mainly on the development of didactic knowledge and skills and their verification in pedagogical practice. This is done by model didactic situations, where students demonstrate and evaluate simulated didactic (teaching) achievements before entering their own teaching practice. The experience confirms this experience and provides feedback for further improvement of their preparation.

The graduate is a qualified teacher of music education at the levels for which the study program provides qualifications. He can also work in the field of leisure music education, eventually as an employee of state administration or in the cultural sphere. He masters the field of music education with its didactic component, which allows him to design and implement teaching, take into account relations with other disciplines, and participate in the creation of teaching documents.
