Požadavky ke zkoušce - angličtina

Requirements for the Credit

1. As for attendance, you can miss one practical class. If more, an official document must confirm the reason for the absence. If students miss more than one practical class and do not confirm their absence officially, they do not obtain a credit. Any subsequent absence must be confirmed by a doctor. Doctor´s confirmation must be submitted within 7 days after the missed class.

2. The student has to pass all the micro-tests successfully. The retakes of the microtests: the first retake is in the following class after the regular term, the second and the third at the same time as the credit tests (the dates will be in SIS).

3. A student has to successfully pass the Credit test, which consists of all the topics from the winter semester.

Students have three chances to pass the credit test. The 1st date during the 10th practical class is obligatory for all students. If students do not come, they fail and lose the 1st chance.

During the winter examination period, several dates for the second attempt will be posted in the SIS, from which students can choose. Each student has to sign up for (or cancel) any test in the SIS.

4. Task completion on Moodle.

The credit requirements for students who attended BMT before are the same as those for first-year students. (They must attend the classes, take all the microtests and the credit test, and present a project.)

Students can not use electronic devices (mobile phones, notebooks, smartwatches, ear help, and others) during tests. Students who break this rule will be evaluated as having failed. Students also fail the test if they cheat, and any fraud will be reported to the ethics commission of the faculty.

CONDITIONS TO PASS THE FINAL EXAMINATION:

The final examination consists of medical phrase translation and an etymological explanation of medical terminology. The final test includes all the materials provided in the winter semester.

There are three chances for the final examination.

Dates will be posted in the SIS. A student has to sign up (or cancel) for the chosen date.
