The aim of the study is to get theoretical knowledge and practical dexterities in prosthetic dentistry – examination
of the patient from the prosthetic point of view, proposal of prosthetic reconstruction treatment plan, pre-prosthetic
oral treatment, oral tissues reconstruction with fixed, removable and combined dentures. Interdisciplinary

General properties of materials use in prosthetic dentistry, main materials: metal and metal free materials, materials for impression.
The new age of prosthetic dentistry. No post, no crowns, mini-invasive preparation, new materials for CAD/CAM technology, (PEEK, Trilor, G-CAM, etc.)
Resin bonded fixed dental prostheses, single or two abutment design, cantilever design, etched metal, etched ceramics, retention (undercuts, micromechanical retention, and grooves), chairside procedures.
