Anotace -
Klinické zubní lékařství – chirurgické učí studenta praktickému uplatnění všech dosud získaných vědomostí z oboru. Studenti samostatně klinicky vyšetřují, stanovují léčebný plán. Aplikují lokální anestézie v orofaciální oblasti a teoreticky i prakticky zvládají komplikace po aplikaci anestézie. Mají přehled o náhlých příhodách v zubní ordinaci a umí je zvládat. Ošetřují rizikové nemocné z důvodů různých jiných zdravotních stavů.

Oral Surgery - State Exam Questions, valid form 2025-2026

The exam consist of practical part of State exam of Oral Surgery (extraction patient, clinical case: admission patient) and theoretical part. In the theoretical part there are picked up triplets which are not published(the combinations is not published). Each triplet has one question from each circuit A/B/C. Part of the state exam is a description of 3 x-rays: intraoral, OPG, extraoral projection incl. CT, CBCT, excluding MRI. 

Circuit A

1.     Local anaesthesia in oral surgery (types, administration techniques, pharmacokinetics - mechanism of action, maximum dose)

2.     Local complications of local anaesthesia (aetiology, symptoms, therapy)

3.     Systemic complications of local anaesthesia

4.     Extraction of teeth (indications, contraindications, methods, instruments)

5.     Complications of tooth extraction

6.     Oral-antral and oro-nasal communications (diagnosis, therapy)

7.     Alveolitis (clinical forms, symptoms, treatment)

5.     Reduction and fixation of fractures (physiology of bone healing, muscles, primary and secondary bone healing, AO, osteosynthesis)

6.     Fractures of the facial bones (classification, diagnosis)

7.     Complications of facial fractures, bone healing disorders, non-union

8.     Fractures of the zygomatico-maxillary complex and the orbit (description of the angular lines, typical dislocation, diagnosis, treatment)

9.     Injury of the CNS and cervical spine

10.  Poly-trauma. Traumatic shock. Ballistic injuries in the orofacial area.
