V první části kurzu se budeme věnovat se základním historickým etapám evropského integračního procesu a institucionálnímu rámci, druhá část kurzu bude věnována a politickému procesu v Evropské unii, v poslední části kurzu se pak budeme zabývat ekonomickým a politickým obsahem evropského integračního procesu. Upozornění na úpravu rozvrhu: přednáška se nebude konat 12.12. náhradní výuka bude oznámena
Témata přednášek: 1. blok: Historická východiska integračního procesu ; Vývoj Evropských společenství/Evropské unie ; Integrace jako teoretický problém mezinárodních vztahů a komparativní politické vědy 2. blok : Institucionální struktura ES/EU ; Legislativní proces v EU ; Aktéři evropského politického procesu ; Tvorba politiky v EU - nastolování agendy, rozhodovací proces ; Tvorba politiky v EU - implementace politik 3. blok : Regulační nástroje ekonomické integrace - vnitřní trh, SZP, hospodářská a měnová unie ; Redistributivní nástroje - hospodářská a sociální soudržnost, rozpočet, zemědělská politika ; Politická integrace EU - společná zahraniční a bezpečnostní politika; policejní a justiční spolupráce ; Aktuální otázky vývoje EU
Požadavky na absolvování kurzu:
o historie a institucionální rámec integračního procesu o politický proces v EU a jeho aktéři o politické a ekonomické výzvy evropského integračního procesu
