Within the course, students, under the guidance and mentoring of lecturers, present interesting and currently discussed topics of health law in the context of various legal systems. The presentations are given by individuals or small groups of students. Each lesson is devoted to one to three presentations (where it is possible to include more than one topic, or one topic from the comparative perspective of several legal systems). As a result, students acquire relevant knowledge as well as improve their scientific and presentation skills.

For the successful completion of the course, an active participation in seminars in required (i.e., an individual or team presentation and the minimal attendance of 80 %). The course is concluded with an oral exam on the subject matter of the course.
