The study program provides bachelor education preparing graduates especially for postgraduate studies in the study program of Teacher Education of Computer Science for Upper Secondary Schools.
Graduates will be provided with basic knowledge of theoretical and applied computer science and will be able to use the knowledge. Lectures, exercises and seminars taught together with the courses for specialized Computer Science study program are a guarantee of high professional level. Graduates are not only being prepared for their future profession of computer science teacher, but they will also acquire professional knowledge enabling them to be employed in other IT professions.

Graduate profile for the public:
The graduate has an overview of the basic methods and procedures of computer science, their applications, understands them and is able to use them. Besides the professional knowledge, the basic didactics and the first pedagogical experience in pedagogical practice in schools are included. The graduate is thus prepared especially for the Master's degree study in Teacher Education of Computer Science for Upper Secondary Schools. However, in the case of interest, it may also continue in the follow-up master's study of any computer science course, or leave into practice.
