Participating on game jam workshop event organized by MFF UK.
To pass the course you are required to:
1. Create a playable game prototype which will be presented at the separate event by a member of the team (preliminary date - 18:00, 20.11.) 2. Presence at the MFF game jam site throughout the game jam workshop 3. A list of activities for which each team member was responsible for
Eligibility First of all desire to create games, that means either game graphics or game narrative or music or game design. As an individual, you can also try to create or join existing teams at MFF-site or at the facebook event. During the first night, participants will be provided with a tutorial to Unity. However, it is recommended to have at least elementary experience with any development, graphics or audio development tools or pair with someone who is able to couch you during the event. We will organise seminars on game development week before a game jam (voluntary)

Intensive development of a computer game on a preset theme in limited amount of time (usually 48 or 72 hours). The development can be done from home or in lecture rooms that are going to be reserved for the game jam specifically; those rooms will be accessible through the first 48 hours of the game jame. |

Development of a small computer game for a chosen platform (or platforms) in a limited time. Students will experience all game development process phases in limited amount of time: design, implementation, testing and release of the game. It is possible to create the game as a solo-developer or in a team. The course includes a short (3h) but intensive introduction into the game development using Unity3D game engine. |
