The aim of the course is to extend the knowledge beyond the subjects "Clinical Psychology" and "Psychotherapy" in the bachelor study program of physiotherapy. The course is devoted to theoretical questions of psychosomatic medicine, diagnostics, and therapies of psychosomatic disorders, as well as psychosomatics in particular branches of medicine related to physiotherapy.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to equip students with such knowledge, skills and general competencies that after completing: - demonstrates a deeper knowledge of psychological and psychotherapeutic principles - demonstrates knowledge of the principles of psychosomatic medicine - demonstrates knowledge of the principles of teamwork in a psychosomatic approach to the patient - demonstrates the ability of orientation in individual fields of medicine in relation to physiotherapy - demonstrates the ability to orient in the diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic disorders
