Interpretační seminář má komplexní charakter a probíhá současně pro všechny ročníky bakalářského i navazujícího magisterského programu Hudební výchova – Hra na nástroj. Jde o jeden ze základních bodů celého studia, proto je koncipován na plných 6 semestrů bakalářského a 4 semestry magisterského studia.Kurz je založen na ověření vlastních interpretačních dovedností, schopností a možností formou vystoupení před publikem s následnou diskusí, hodnocením a rozborem přednesených výkonů. Zde se předpokládá vůdčí role studentů vyšších ročníků. Nedílnou součástí je poznávání významných interpretačních a pedagogických osobností minulosti in současnosti, pronikání k podstatě hudebního sdělení při použití adekvátních technických prostředků.

The Interpretation Seminar is comprehensive in character and runs simultaneously for all years of the Bachelor's and Master's programmes in Music Education - Playing an Instrument. It is one of the basic points of the whole study, therefore it is designed for full 6 semesters of Bachelor's and 4 semesters of Master's studies.The course is based on the verification of one's own performance skills, abilities and possibilities in the form of a performance in front of an audience with subsequent discussion, evaluation and analysis of the presented performances. The leadership role of upper year students is assumed here. An integral part of the course is to get to know important performing and pedagogical personalities of the past and present, to get to the essence of the musical message using adequate technical means.

Cíl předmětu

The objectives of the program can be summarized in three basic areas: 1) The verification of ones own interpretive skills, capabilities and possibilities, through performances infront of an audience. 2) The evaluation and analysis of lectures. Here, senior students are expected to take a leading role. 3) Getting to know important interpretive and pedagogical personalities of the past and present, and grasping the essence of the musical message through adequate technical means.

Sylabus

Communication takes place in an open atmosphere, all participants are aware of the fact of the exact immeasurability of artistic disciplines. The constant effort of the teacher is to bring closer and to get to know the essential components (markers) of musical notation and the possibilities of creative work with them at all stages of development.

This is followed by a discussion of the views on the musical content of the reproduced compositions and the appropriate choice of technical means for its realization. In addition to this, it is necessary to keep in mind the didactic component of the whole process, clarifying the principles of forming the personality of the young performer and teacher, and distinguishing the professional aspect of performance from the personal input (in addition to their mutual interaction). An important element is also getting acquainted with different types of performers with an emphasis on individual approach to individual pupils in pedagogical practice.

For the education of future teachers, the performing pedagogical seminar is of irreplaceable importance.
