Written test in the form of MCQ combination, one correct, YESxNO, matching. Minimum pass rate required for successful completion of the course: 75%. The test be repeated. An oral examination after a failed test is not planned. The accredited qualification course ends with a final exam. After meeting all the conditions of the course, a certificate of successful completion will be available, which contains an electronic signature and will be sent electronically after filling in the email address to which the teacher wishes to send the certificate. The education is accessed through the Moodle platform, it consists of 10 e-learning lessons that have 40+ hours of education. Individual lessons follow each other in a logical sequence. Combination of active and passive engagement (with the following proportion of active/passive involvement 20/40 hours). The entire course is designed as "blended learning". Lessons cover topics: From introductory topics, the importance of epidemiology and prevention science, and evidence-based interventions and policies that are essential to the foundation of all types of prevention, as an element of targeting, why, where, and how. Despite more widespread awareness of prevention in the family, school prevention. The course also works with the basics of prevention in the workplace, as another type of prevention, moving on to systemic types of prevention such as community prevention and environmental prevention. Also, the course does not neglect the much-discussed area of prevention, namely media-based prevention. The final lesson focuses on the monitoring and evaluation of preventive activities, as a necessary part of evaluating the quality and effectiveness of the programs provided. Annotation The course ‚Introduction to Evidence-based Prevention‘ provides basic information about prevention of substance use and behavioral addictions. It focuses on the importance of prevention, the theoretical backround, terminology, levels of prevention, evaluation, monitoring, quality in prevention and other key issues in prevention.

Course structure The Course is divided into 10 lectures:
