The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the therapeutic approach of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation according to Kabat and with the possibilities of its use in diagnostics and therapy from the perspective of a physiotherapist. After completing the course, students will acquire knowledge and skills in performing procedures (diagonal), including the application of relaxation and fitness techniques in the area of upper limbs, legs, trunk, and head.
