This course offers a comprehensive approach to personal wellbeing by integrating physical and mental health techniques. Students will explore and practice advanced stress management methods, self-regulation, and holistic resilience building. The curriculum focuses on developing practical skills that bridge body-mind practices, including: advanced breathing techniques and their psychological impact, relaxation and stress reduction methodologies, body-mind integration exercises, self-regulation strategies for mental and emotional balance, and practical methods for enhancing psychological resilience.

Through theoretical knowledge and experiential learning, participants will develop a personalised toolkit for managing stress, improving mental clarity, and maintaining optimal psychological and physical performance.
