Giving that the global media industry is increasing preoccupied with the ways in which the current audiences engage with and move across multiple platforms, this unit will aim at preparing a new generation of cross-platform media professionals. In this both theoretically and practically focused workshop based on learning by doing pedagogy, the students will develop and produce an integrated cross-platform multimodal communication while acquiring knowledge and skills about today´s converging media landscape and their own current and potential role within it. This should set them on a path towards world-class job opportunities, successful freelancing, as well as towards an always-interesting career that blends high professionalism with playful creativity and takes advantage of emerging technologies.

The classification will follow the ECTS grading system on the A-F scale. The student's total result will be given in percentages (1% = 1 point; 0-100%) and according to them the classification will be determined as follows: 0-50% = F, 51-60% = E, 61-70% = D, 71- 80% = C, 81-90% = B and 91% and more = A). All the requirements should be fulfilled by at least 50%.
