Anotace

The course is taught at the University of Strasbourg and can be taken by students enrolled in Corporate Strategy and Finance program only.

The course aims at providing key concepts in law and governance at the international level: comparative law in Europe, the European firm, corporate governance. In addition, it aims to make students understand what internal control and compliance are in terms of legal aspects, practical issues and consequences of lack of internal control.
