The course takes form of seminar sessions. In the first part of the semester, students are introduced to various topics in corporate governance. The second part of the semester is be dedicated to students’ presentations of corporate governance problems and discussion.

The final grade consists of four ingredients:
Presentation on selected topic from CG (max 35 points) Essay (max 40 points) Evaluation of someone’s essay (max 15 points) Active participation (max 10 points)
Grading scale:
A: above 90 (not inclusive) B: between 80 (not inclusive) and 90 (inclusive) C: between 70 (not inclusive) and 80 (inclusive) D: between 60 (not inclusive) and 70 (inclusive) E: between 50 (not inclusive) and 60 (inclusive) F: below 50 (inclusive)
Necessary conditions to pass:
at least 50% points from presentation, essay and essay evaluation at least 60% attendance
