The course focuses on the language required to discuss the topics related to company law as listed in the syllabus. It introduces the most important concepts of the branch and enables the students to practice using the language in various assignments including reading comprehension, listening, spoken interaction and writing. The course is designed primarily for students having at least basic knowledge of Czech company law.

The course is completed with examination in the form of written test. Only students who comply with the following requirements will be allowed to take the written test:
Examination in the form of written test represents 75% of the final grade.
