Komentovaná osnova disertace sestává z nadpisů jednotlivých kapitol, oddílů a pododdílů. Toto dělení do tří úrovní není nutné ve všech kapitolách, pouze v těch klíčových. Dělení čtyřúrovňové a jemnější není třeba zachycovat. Naopak případná jednodušší struktura musí být v komentářích řádně vysvětlena a argumentačně podložena. Komentáře jinak obsahují stručný popis obsahu dané části (kapitoly, oddílu, pododdílu) a odhad jejího rozsahu v normostranách. Popis obsahu musí být konkrétní a jasný, může též zahrnovat reference zásadních zdrojů.

The annotated plan of the dissertation consists of the headings of chapters, sections and subsections. This division into three levels is not necessary in all chapters, only in the key ones. The four-level and finer divisions need not be captured. On the contrary, any simpler structure must be properly explained and argued in the commentaries. The comments otherwise contain a brief description of the content of the given portion (chapter, section, subsection) and an estimate of its length in standard pages. The description of the content must be specific and clear, and may also include references to essential sources.
