OBJECTIVES
1. To acquaint students with modern views of culture, multiculturalism, ethnicity, nation, and cultural region applied to English-speaking countries, especially Britain and the U.S.
2. To promote the understanding of the diversity of English-speaking countries, historical developments and contemporary dynamics of their cultures
3. To outline relationships between literature and communication technologies (writing, printing press).
