Notes
OBTAINING CREDIT PRACTICAL LESSONS
1.In the first lesson the students will get information about the system of care at the Department of Pediatrics, about the safety conditions, about the physical examination of a child and the basic differences from adults. Students will have the opportunity to see the medical documentation and will learn how to fill it in.
2. During the lesson students work in groups of 2 or 3 and examine children on their own. Then they discuss the cases with the whole group.
3. It is desirable to ask questions and take part in the discussion.
5. A brief examination of knowledge on pediatrics is held during the last lesson.
6. It is possible to attend the lesson with another group with the approval of the assistant.
8. Students will visit all parts of the clinic and will learn how to communicate with all age groups of children. Theoretical knowledge is expected for the practical classes.
