The schedule of the practice and laboratory safety will be discussed at the mandatory entry meeting, the date of which will be announced after the beginning of the summer semester. A short entry test will be a part of the meeting and passing it is a requirement for attending the practice. The questions will address topics of LABORATORNÍ CVIČENÍ Z BIOLOGIE A BIOCHEMIE MIKROORGANISMŮ (Páca a kol.) textbook (Chapters 1-11) and a brief description of an experiment from Chapter 12. Biochemistry and Biology of Microorganisms (MC250P08) is a prerequisite or a corequisite for this practical course.
