Annotation -
Elective course, summer semester. The course is related to Pharmaceutical Technology 1 and 2 and Development of Pharmaceutical Products. It is intended for students who wish to expand their knowledge of pharmaceutical technology, particularly manufacturing technologies used in large-scale production. Lectures and seminars are followed by four days of practical training at Teva in Opava-Komárov, where oral tablets, hard and soft gelatin capsules, syrups, oral drops, nasal sprays, and skin sprays are produced. The lectures start in late April or early May, and the internship takes place in MAY. Teva provides a fixed contribution towards accommodation and covers the cost of lunches at the company. STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION. Teaching is provided by Teva’s professional staff. The course is part of the Pharmaceutical Technology specialization. The capacity is limited to 5 students. In case the capacity is exceeded, preference is given to students enrolled in the Pharmaceutical Technology specialization.

Předmět Průmyslová výroba farmaceutických přípravků navazuje na znalosti a dovednosti získané v předmětech: Farmaceutická technologie 1 a 2 a Vývoj léčivého přípravku.

Studující po absolvování předmětu umí použít následující termíny (včetně jejich běžně užívaných zkratek) ve správném kontextu směrem k průmyslové výrobě farmaceutických přípravků: VYR-32, VYR-36, správná výrobní praxe (SVP, GMP), kontrola kvality (QC), jištění jakosti (QA), SÚKL, generikum, účinná látka, pomocná látka, čistý prostor, HVAC, třída čistoty, úroveň mikrobiální kontaminace, sanitace, dezinfekce, HEPA filtr, specifikace, standardní operační postupy (SOP), biofarmaceutický klasifikační systém (BCS), validace, tamper evident technologie, serializace, ICH platforma, souhrn údajů o přípravku (SmPC), common technical document (CTD), bioekvivalenční studie.

Výsledky učení:

Studující na základě získaných znalostí a dovedností:

Ø  orientují se v problematice systémů jakosti a požadavcích SVP

Ø  orientují se v požadavcích na pracovníky, prostory, dokumentaci, materiály, stabilitní studie a procesy v režimu SVP

Ø  orientují se v problematice výzkumu a vývoje generik, úlohách preformulačního vývoje a klinickém hodnocení

Ø  orientují se v požadavcích a procesech spojených s registrací

Ø  orientují se v požadavcích na výrobní prostory a výrobní zařízení

Ø  popíší možnosti ochrany před paděláním

Ø  popíší rozdělení kapalných lékových forem, jejich vlastnosti, hodnocení a jištění kvality

Ø  orientují se v technologických postupech výroby kapalných lékových forem

Ø  popíši specifikace vody pro farmaceutické účely

Ø  orientují se v typech dokumentace splňující SVP

Ø  popíší a diskutují proces výroby pevných lékových forem

Ø  získají praktickou zkušenost s výrobním postupy a prostory v průběhu stáže
