Syllabus -

The structure, mechanisms and function of the immune system. Immunopathologic reactions, inflammation, basic immunologic diagnoses (immunodeficiency, autoimmune diseases, allergy), transplantations. Clinical microbiology in association to immune dysfunctions. Diagnostic process, laboratory tests, treatment.

Examination: oral (in person), 3 questions (1 question from topic I, 2 questions from topic II). Terms of examination: week after the block, exam. period (January, February, June).
