The course is focused on the fundamental phases of teaching of ICT subjects and Information Education (planning, design, teaching, evaluation, monitoring). Its main aim is to train student teachers for their teaching practice in schools, to develop their professional competences and skills needed and particular for planning and design of topics and pupils activities in IT subjects and Information Education (to choose a topic acceptable for education, to organise teaching and learning processes, to choose appropriate study materials, resources and SW and HW, teaching methods, to arrange pupil´s activities, etc.). The main attention is given to particular examples from teaching practice in schools of ICT subjects and Information Education at basic and secondary schools. The analysis of good examples from schools will motivate student teachers to creative approach to teaching of ICT sujects. A big attention will be given to constructivist approach to teaching respecting pupil´s learning styles.
