4.-6. Sport training of youth U14-U19 with a focus on age specifics
7.-8. Game training - adult training
9.-10. Player movement activity profile, combinations, game systems and formations, organization and game conception
11.-12. Conditioning training
13. Goalkeeper training
14. Planning and organisation of the training process, periodisation, daily routine on training day, training unit

Practice:
1.-4. Youth training: use of methodical-organizational forms in training and technical-tactical preparation, players' movement activity, combinations, game systems and standard situations. Focus on age specifics
5.-8. The use of methodological-organisational forms in training and technical-tactical preparation, players' physical activity, combinations, game systems and standard situations
9. Training of goalkeepers
10.-12. Conditioning special movement training (conditioning, strength training, compensatory exercises, stretching, coordination); Laboratory and field testing
