The aim of the subject is for students to understand the influence of basic swimming skills on the versatile movement of a person in the water environment, to master the correct swimming technique in selected swimming methods that are suitable for physiotherapy procedures in the water environment, and to become familiar with the basic elements of rescuing a drowning person. The student will learn to positively perceive the aquatic environment The student will acquire competencies that will enable him to work in the pool environment and is able to apply and modify simple basic skills in vertical and horizontal positions. By completing the subject, the student will acquire skills that will allow him to apply swimming movement and his basic skills to create movement programs that he will learn to design in the master's study in the subject Remedial Swimming.
