Stručná anotace předmětu:
Předmět navazuje na předmět Psychoterapeutické a rozvojové metody a techniky 1 a seznamuje studenty
demonstračně-zážitkovou formou (přímou účastí či pozorováním) s různými technikami a metodami evidence-
based psychologických směrů při jejich užití napříč spektrem kontextů aplikace, tj. do psychoterapie, poradenství,
psychosociálního tréninku, osobnostního rozvoje, koučování, mediace, mentorinku, tréninku měkkých dovedností,
tréninků komunikace apod.
Předmět šířeji a detailněji vysvětluje rozdíly v odborné kvalifikační přípravě pro výkon daných disciplín na
profesionální úrovni, osvětluje studentům nároky odborného studia ve výcviku, strukturu jeho studia, dále předmět
představuje instituce zaštiťující odbornou přípravu a zájmové/profesní asociace a instituty, pořádající postgraduální
vzdělávání a přípravu pro oblast psychoterapie, poradenství, koučování apod. Důraz je kladen i na profesní
uplatnění v pomáhajících profesích, na budování vlastní profesní identity a na rozdíly ve výkonech profese
psychologa napříč sektory, které využívají obdobné metody a techniky pro práci s klienty.

Annotation:
This course builds on Clinical and Organizational Counselling in practice – methods and techniques 1 and
introduces students in a demonstration-experiential way (by direct participation or observation) to various
techniques and methods of evidence-based psychological orientations as they are used across a spectrum of
application contexts, i.e., in psychotherapy, counseling, psychosocial training, personal development, coaching,
mediation, mentoring, soft skills training, communication training, etc. The course explains in a broader and more
detailed way the differences in professional qualification training for the practice of the disciplines at a
professional level, it enlightens students about the requirements of professional studies in training, the structure
of its study, the course also introduces the institutions sponsoring professional training and interest/professional
associations and institutes organizing postgraduate education and training for the field of psychotherapy,
counselling, coaching, etc. Emphasis is also given to professional application in the helping professions, to
building one's own professional identity and to differences in the performance of the psychological profession
across sectors that use similar methods and techniques for working with clients.

Cíl předmětu:
Předmět Psychoterapeutické a rozvojové metody a techniky 2 umožní studentům rozvinout dovednosti a upevnit znalosti získané v předmětu Psychoterapeutické a rozvojové metody a techniky 1.
Studenti budou moci hlouběji reflektovat vlastní odborná přesvědčení a osobnostní nastavení pro budoucí výběr terapeutického či koučovacího výcviku s ohledem na vlastní profesní orientaci, potřeby a profesionální růst a filozofické přesvědčení o člověku a jeho sociálním prostředí a objektivní/konstruktivní povaze skutečnosti.
V dalších ilustrativních technikách se studenti seznámí s ukázkami a výběrem psychologických metod a technik, aplikovaných v různých kontextech odborné psychologické práce napříč sektory a pomáhajícími profesemi. Pro studenty budou v tomto navazujícím předmětu demonstrovány další metody a techniky z psychologických přístupů/konceptů: systemická terapie a koučink, rodinná terapie, na řešení orientovaná terapie a koučink (SFBT), transakční analýza, gestalt psychoterapie, psychodynamické směry, kognitivně-behaviorální terapie a koučink, existenciální/humanistické směry, psycho-sociální trénink, pozitivní psychologie.
Studenti budou nadále vedeni ke 1/ vědomému kritickému vyhodnocení aplikace metod a technik, 2/ reflexi výtěžnosti a užitečnosti použití technik ve vztahu k zakázce a cílům spolupráce s klientem/klienty v rámci daného kontextu a resortu, 3/ kritickému vyhodnocení rozvojového potenciálu daných metod a technik ve vztahu ke kontextu jejich použití při práci s klientem v odlišných kontextech práce, tj. psychoterapii, poradenství, koučinku, psycho-sociálním tréninku, výchovném poradenství, rodinné terapii, sociální rehabilitaci, rozvojové práci s pracovními týmy, v supervizní činnosti v práci s pomáhajícími profesionály apod.
Studenti budou hlouběji seznámeni s nezastupitelností tzv. kontraktování spolupráce mezi klientem (individuálním, skupinovým, organizačním), zadavatelem, supervizorem, sponzorem apod. Šířeji budou pojmenovány a analyzovány rozdíly v externí a interní formě spolupráce s organizacemi, bude probrána práce s daty a citlivými údaji v pomáhající a rozvojové interakci, jako i samotná osoba pracovníka (v profesní roli psychoterapeuta, kouče, mediátora apod.) a jeho psychohygiena, profesně-morálně-legislativní ochrana, supervize. Pojmenovány budou i rozdíly ve výkonu profese psychologa na osvč, v rámci vlastních obchodních společností (s.r.o.), ve zdravotnickém zařízení státním a nestátním, v sociálních službách, v oblasti školství atd. z hlediska profesní identity, týmu, spolupracujících subjektů a dalších pracovních souvislostí.
Studenti se seznámí s nároky, obsahem a podmínkami pro absolvování psychoterapeutických, koučovacích a dalších výcviků, s jejich poskytovateli v Čr a EU, s etikou intervenčního/rozvojového/terapeutického použití metod, s prací s citlivými daty a GDPR a s ochranou klientů před poškozením.
Získané znalosti:
Obdobně jako v uvozujícím předmětu Psychoterapeutické a rozvojové metody a techniky 1 se v navazujícím předmětu studenti dozví, jaké je odlišné využití metod a technik napříč spektrem pomáhajících a rozvojových profesí v klinické, poradenské a organizační oblasti.
Studenti budou chápat význam etické stránky při aplikaci technik do práce s jedincem či se skupinou, budou znát limity a rizika nevhodného využití metod a technik v rámci kontextu, resortu a požadovaných kvalifikací. Studenti budou rozumět důležitosti preventivních opatření proti poškození klienta či pracovní skupiny.
Studenti budou, díky demonstraci odlišných způsobů práce s klientem v různých profesních oblastech, schopni pochopit a nahlédnout terapeutický, osobnostně-rozvojový a poradenský potenciál technik a metod spektra psychologických směrů.
Studenti budou rozumět základním postupům pro vedení psychologického pomáhajícího rozhovoru, budou rozumět rozdílům mezi psychologickým interview při diagnostické práci (klinická diagnostika, personální assessment, personální psychologie) a psychologickém rozhovoru o osobním tématu klienta při terapeutické/poradenské interakci, či při práci na rozvojovém cíli.
Studenti budou rozumět rozdílům mezi využitím technik a metod pro oblast psychoterapie, koučinku, poradenství, mentorinku, mediace, osobnostně-sociálního tréninku, tréninku měkkých dovedností, včetně týmových rozvojových metod a her pro facilitaci spolupráce a kvality vztahů na pracovišti apod.
Studenti budou chápat, kde a jak vyhledat a pochopit rozdílné kvalifikace v oborech psychoterapie a koučování, rozdíly ve způsobech výuky a povinností v rámci jednotlivých směrů a jejich národních a evropských poskytovatelů, budou dále znát odborné asociace a sdružení, jako např. Česká psychoterapeutická společnost při Lékařské společnosti Jana Evangelisty Purkyně (ČPST), Česká asociace pro psychoterapii (ČAP), Česko-moravská psychologická společnost, Asociace klinických psychologů, Asociace manželských a rodinných poradců, Asociace poradenských pracovníků ve školství a dal.
Studenti budou mít základní přehled o impaktovaných a odborných časopisech naší a zahraniční provenience pro oblast aplikované poradenské, terapeutické a rozvojové psychologie (psychoterapie, koučink apod.)
Získané dovednosti:
Studenti budou umět určit rozdíly mezi metodami a technikami jednotlivých psychoterapeutických směrů, budou ovládat zásady vedení pomáhajícího psychologického rozhovoru (poradenství, rozvoj osobnosti) - v rámci společného základu všech psychologických škol. Dále budou studenti umět určit a pojmenovat rozdíly v použití metod a technik v rámci odlišných psychoterapeutických směrů, a budou umět určit rozdíly ve smyslu, cíli a významu použití té které metody či techniky v odlišném kontextu klientské interakce, resp. zakázky a cíli odbornosti (psychoterapie, poradenství, trénink sociálních dovedností, koučink, mentorink apod.).
Studenti budou umět šířeji určit základní techniky a metody té které psychologické školy, budou schopni klást si klíčové otázky po vhodnosti a adekvátnosti a účincích té které metody a techniky v rámci aktuálního trendu interdisciplinárního využívání metod napříč sektory pomáhajících profesí a budou vedeni k tomu, aby kriticky a vědecky reflektovali aktuální trendy v oblastech rozvojových metod a nově vznikajících škol a postupů, včetně vlastního celoživotního vzdělávání v rámci své budoucí profese.

Aim of subject:
The course Clinical and Organizational Counselling in practice - methods and techniques Methods 2 will enable students to develop skills and consolidate knowledge acquired in the course Clinical and Organizational Counselling in practice - methods and techniques 1. Students will be able to reflect more deeply on their own professional beliefs and personal settings for future selection of therapeutic or coaching training with respect to their own career orientation, needs and professional growth and philosophical beliefs about the person and his/her social environment and the objective/constructive nature of reality.
In additional illustrative techniques, students will be introduced to examples and a selection of psychological methods and techniques applied in different contexts of professional psychological work across sectors and helping professions. Additional methods and techniques from psychological approaches/concepts will be demonstrated for students in this follow-up course: systemic therapy and coaching, family therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and coaching (SFBT), transactional analysis, gestalt psychotherapy, psychodynamic orientations, cognitive-behavioural therapy and coaching, existential/humanistic orientations, psycho-social training, positive psychology.
Students will continue to be guided to 1/ conscious critical evaluation of the application of particular methods and techniques, 2/ reflection on the yield and usefulness of the application of techniques in relation to the task and goals of working with clients/clients within a given context and department, 3/ critical evaluation of the developmental potential of given methods and techniques in relation to the context of their use in working with clients in different work contexts, i.e. psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, psycho-social training, educational counselling, family therapy, social rehabilitation, developmental work with work teams, in supervision in work with helping professionals, etc.Students will be introduced in depth to the irreplaceability of the so-called contracting of cooperation between the client (individual, group, organizational), the commissioner, supervisor, sponsor, etc. The differences in external and internal forms of cooperation with organizations will be named and analyzed, the work with data and sensitive data in helping and developmental interaction will be discussed, as well as the personality of the employee themselves (in the professional role of psychotherapist, coach, mediator, etc.) and their psychohygiene, professional-moral-legal protection, supervision. The differences in the practice of the profession of a psychologist at the educational institution, in the framework of their own business companies (Ltd.), in state and non-state health care institutions, in social services, in the field of education, etc. in terms of professional identity, team, cooperating subjects and other work contexts will also be discussed. Students will learn about the requirements, content and conditions for psychotherapeutic, coaching and other training, their providers in the Czech Republic and the EU, the ethics of intervention/development/therapeutic use of methods, working with sensitive data and GDPR and protecting clients from harm.
Gained knowledge:
Similar to the introductory course Clinical and Organizational Counselling in practice - methods and techniques 1, in the follow-up course students will learn about the different uses of methods and techniques across the spectrum of helping and developmental professions in clinical, counselling and organisational settings. Students will understand the importance of ethical considerations when applying techniques to work with an individual or group, and will know the limits and risks of inappropriate use of methods and techniques within the context, department and required qualifications. Students will understand the importance of taking precautions against harm to the client or work group. Through demonstration of different ways of working with clients in different professional fields, students will be able to understand and gain insight into the therapeutic, personal development and counselling potential of techniques and methods from a range of psychological orientations. Students will understand the basic procedures for conducting a psychological helping interview, and will understand the differences between the psychological interview in diagnostic work (clinical diagnosis, personal assessment, personal psychology) and the psychological interview about a client's personal issues in a therapeutic/counseling interaction or when working on a client's developmental goal. Students will understand the differences between the use of techniques and methods for psychotherapy, coaching, counseling, mentoring, mediation, personal-social training, soft skills training, including team development methods and games for facilitating collaboration and quality of relationships in the workplace, etc.
Gained skills:
Students will be able to identify and name the differences in the use of methods and techniques within different psychotherapeutic directions, and will be able to identify the differences in the meaning, purpose and significance of the use of a particular method or technique in a different context of client interaction, or contract and goals of the specialty (psychotherapy, counselling, social skills training, coaching, mentoring, etc.). Students will be able to identify more broadly the core techniques and methods of a particular school of psychology, will be able to ask key questions about the suitability and adequacy and the effects of a particular method and technique within the current trend of interdisciplinary use of methods across sectors of the helping professions, and will be encouraged to reflect critically and scientifically on current trends in the areas of developing methods and emerging schools and practices, including their own lifelong learning within their future profession
