Practice in basic mathematical skills in high school mathematics and elementary logic and their applications to problems of mathematical analysis and analytical geometry. Improvement of the ability to use the mathematical language in the solution of various mathematical problems.

Úpravy algebraických výrazů. Aplikace v důkazech matematickou indukcí. Aplikace v rovinné analytické geometrii - přímky a kuželosečky. Aplikace v matematické analýze - limity funkcí, derivace, L´Hospitalovo pravidlo, průběhy funkcí.
Matematická logika - výroky, logické spojky, výroky s kvantifikátory. Důkazové metody. Množiny a zobrazení. Příklady a protipříklady v matematické analýze.
