Studenti se seznami s pojmem ucici se organizace.V serii cviceni a reseni problemu v malych skupinach proniknou do aspektu personalni prace,ktera pomaha utvaret kulturu ucici se organizace.
Vyuka je vhodna zejmena pro studenty rizeni a supervizory,ale take studenty,kteri se zajimaji o organizacni rozvoj a ucinnou personalni praci v moderni organizaci.Vyuka bude probihat v anglickem jazyce s prubeznym prekladem casti,kterym studenti neporozumeji.Alespon zakladni znalost anglictiny je nutna.
