Seznamuje studenty se základy klinické chirurgie. Náplní výuky je naučit studenty vyšetřovat pacienty s chirurgickým onemocněním (anamnéza, somatické vyšetření), seznámit studenty s ambulantním provozem a s provozem na standardních i intenzivních odděleních. Během stáže by se měli studenti seznámit s principy základních diagnostických a léčebných postupů.

Students are conversanted with the general issues of clinical medicine (history, somatic investigation, basic investigation and treatment procedures, the most important legal regulations in clinical medicine) and acquire knowledge are practically practicing.

Teaching General Surgery is aimed at acquainting students with the symptomatology of surgical diseases which can be identified by physical examinations supplemented by basic instrumental and laboratory examinations. General propedeutics teaches students the basics of first medical assistance and includes basic issues of traumatic surgery, prevention and treatment of severe post-traumatic conditions.

The aim of the course is to master the rules of asepse and antisepsis, knowledge of basic methods of numbness, complex postoperative treatment of patients and recognition and treatment of postoperative complications. The trainees will continue to practice the substances in the surgical propedeutics: examination of the patients, cavitation, event. performing smaller surgical procedures at departments or outpatients. Attention will be paid to preoperative and postoperative care of patients, treatment of postoperative complications. In Surgery Propedeutics will be incorporated General training on injuries, surgical infections, surgical regulations, rehabilitation, and dietetics too.

První den praktických stáží se studenti dostaví na sekretariát příslušné chirurgické kliniky (dle uvedeného rozpisu a rozdělení jednotlivých kruhů na chirurgické kliniky), kde si je převezme lékař zodpovědný za výuku na daném pracovišti.  

Nezbytné požadavky na stážujícího studenta: identifikační karta, bílý plášť a přezutí !!

Rozdělení studentů na jednotlivá chirurgická pracoviště, témata přednášek, požadavky na udělení zápočtu a požadavky ke zkoušce z Propedeutiky z chirurgie jsou dostupné v informačním systému - sis. S ohledem na zdravotnický provoz na jednotlivých pracovištích upozorňujeme na možnost aktuálních změn, informace o těchto změnách budou dostupné na sekretariátu I. chirurgické kliniky, event. sekretariátech ostatních chirurgických pracovišť.
