The practical part includes an introduction to Hebrew quadratic script, morphology and key biblical terminology. The aim of the course is not the language knowledge required for qualified reading of Old Testament texts, but a general picture of biblical thinking and expression, or as a basis for a deeper study of the language. |

Knowledge of Biblical Hebrew background according to presentations, the ability to read and understand some of verses in Hebrew. Active knowledge of a given vocabulary pensum. The attestation will take the form of an oral discussion of Hebrew background issues and an individual examination of reading, translation and vocabulary. |
