The course is designed for students of Economics studying for a BA or MA degree, is scheduled for summer semester and builds on the previous course.

Within the course, students will draft a project of their own fictitious company (with a partner or individually). While working on the project, students will apply their knowledge of business economics, practice and expand their vocabulary primarily in the field of economic German, but also general language. During the semester, individual parts of the project will be presented, partly as a simulation of business negotiations. The project will be finalized with a comprehensive presentation of the established company. Work on the project will require active communication, both verbal and written, in which students will practice the skills of argumentation and defense of opinion, including the basics of business correspondence.

Drafting a comprehensive project to establish a fictitious company. Application of the acquired theoretical knowledge in the field of business economics, practice and improvement in communication in various, even new, linguistic situations, in writing, in relation to various fields of economics. The project will help to facilitate reading and orientation in scholarly texts, active use of well-known grammatical phenomena, and it will also offer the use of modern technologies. The output will include a company diary and company presentation.

- Product concept

- Characteristics of the potential customer

- Design of advertising strategy

- Business contacts.

The process of starting a business will be documented in the company diary and continuously presented. At the end of the project, students will present their company. Active work on the project will also be evaluated.
