Methods of quantitative analysis - gravimetry, volumetric analysis - titration in aqueous and non-aqueous media, standardisation, ways of indication. Instrumental methods - UV, VIS, IR spectrophotometry, extraction-spectrophotometric assays, flame photometry, refractometry, polarimetry, potentiometry and potentiometric titration, conductimetry, voltametry, radioanalytical methods, basic separation methods - liquid and gas chromatography.
