Theoretical fundamentals of qualitative and quantitative analysis of inorganic and organic compounds including instrumental analytical methods: theoretical and practical aspects of analytical reactions (protolytic, complex-formation redox, precipitation and partition equilibriums). Qualitative analysis of selected groups of cations and anions. Methods of organic analysis # elemental analysis, detection and determination of functional groups, identification of organic compounds based on derivatisation, separation methods and spectral properties.

Teoretické základy kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýzy anorganických a organických sloučenin a instrumentálních analytických metod: teoretické a praktické aspekty analytických reakcí (protolytické, komplexotvorné, redoxní, srážecí a extrakční rovnováhy). Kvalitativní analýza vybraných skupin kationtů a aniontů. Metody organické analýzy - prvková analýza, důkazy a stanovení funkčních skupin, identifikace organických sloučenin na základě derivatizace, separačních metod a spektrálních vlastností.
