Zásady pro vypracování

The focus of this M.A. thesis is a specific type of monument called boundary stelae. The thesis seeks to examine these markers from an archaeological, historical, geographic, epigraphic, iconographic and ideological standpoint. In addition, the wider concept of the frontier and its role in the culture of pharaonic Egypt shall also be explored.
