Zásady pro vypracování

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat identifikací rysů AAVE na pozadí standardní americké angličtiny. V úvodní části bude vymezen pojem African-American Vernacular English, shrnuty základní prameny tuto varietu popisující a bude podán přehled základních morfologických a syntaktických rozdílů. Součástí úvodní části bude také úvaha o volbě textů vhodných k analýze (jde o varietu primárně mluvenou, volba textů se bude zabývat realističností, datací, a možným regionálním a sociokulturním zařazením).
Vlastní analytická část bude pracovat s písemnými texty, v nichž bude sledovat odlišnosti od standardní morfologie a syntaxe – ne/přítomnost specifických gram. konstrukcí bude srovnávána případně pomocí COCA. Lexikální , fonetickou rovinou a rétorikou se bude práce zabývat pouze okrajově.
Výsledkem práce bude podrobná gramatická analýza vybraných textů a přehled a funkčí interpretace gramatických prostředků specifických pro AAVE varietu vyskytujících se v analyzovaných textech.
