Zásady pro vypracování

Práce nejprve představí aktuální poznatky o synestézii jako o specifickém způsobu vnímání, kdy určitý vjem (tzv. spouštěč) vyvolává vjem jiný, který není reálně přítomen (tzv. průvodce). Zvláštní pozornost se bude upírat na ty typy synestézie, u nichž je průvodcem chuť (slova > chuti, zvuky > chuti). Literatura o těchto jevech pak bude usouvztažněna jednak s poznatky z literatury o chuťovém vnímání a způsobech jeho zkoumání a jednak s poznatky ze zkoumání kategorizace chuti v různých jazycích světa. Hlavním cílem práce pak bude popsat projevy synestézie slova > chutě u českých mluvčích. Práce se mimo jiné pokusí odpovědět na otázky, zda jsou tyto projevy jazykově specifické a zda je lze uchopit v jednotném modelu tohoto typu synestézie, jaký navrhnují Julia Simnerová a Sarah Haywoodová (2009).
