Sleduje vliv deficience klíčových minerálních živin (N, P, K, Ca, Fe a další) na proces diferenciace exodermis u vybraných agronomicky významných kulturních plodin i divoce rostoucích druhů a zahrnuje rostliny jednoděložné i dvouděložné.

This thesis focuses on the interspecific variability of the response of exodermis to nutrient deficiency in the rhizosphere. It investigates the effect of deficiency of key mineral nutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Fe, etc.) on the process of exodermal differentiation in selected agronomically important crops and wild species and includes monocots and dicots. It aims to analyse similarities and differences at inter- and intraspecific levels. It uses hydroponic plant cultivation, which allows the whole or part of the root system to be exposed to different rhizosphere conditions.
