Přispěly uvalené ekonomické a další sankce ke zpomalení vývoje vlastních jaderných zbraní? V čem se lišila a podobala struktura sankcí vůči Íránu a vůči KLDR? Donutily uvalené sankce postižené státy k větší spolupráci s mezinárodním společenstvím? V jaké míře docházelo a dochází k obcházení opatření uvalených sankcemi? Jak reagovalo na uvalování sankcí mezinárodní společenství?

Předběžná náplň práce

Bakalářská práce pojednává o účinnosti mezinárodních sankcí – ekonomických i jiných – které byly uvaleny vůči režimům v Íránu a KLDR jakožto prostředek k vytvoření nátlaku vůči těmto státům, aby zanechaly svých snah o vyvinutí vlastní jaderné zbraně. Zprvu se zabývá ukotvením institutu mezinárodních sankcí v mezinárodním právu a dále zkoumá zmíněné jednotlivé případy jejich použití. Dále je část práce věnována i Iránské jaderné dohodě, jakožto důležitému mezinárodnímu prostředku, který komplexně upravuje způsob kontroly íránského jaderného programu i povahu a podmínky zrušení uvalených sankcí. Závěrem je v práci posouzena i účinnost uvalených sankcí na základě posouzení obou případů, co do splnění cílů, kvůli kterým byly uvaleny a věnuje se i zkoumání důvodů proč byly v případě Íránu sankce účinné, kdežto v případě KLDR nikoliv.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

This bachelor thesis refers about the effectivity of international sanctions – economic and other types – which have been imposed on regimes in Iran and the DPRK to force these states to abandon any efforts leading to gaining their own nuclear capabilities. First, this thesis deals with defining the international sanctions on the level of international law and then examining both cases of their imposition, Iran and the DPRK. In addition there is also mentioned the Nuclear Deal with Iran which was negotiated as an complex international tool to control the Iranian nuclear program, to manage the imposed sanctions and conditions for sanctions to be lifted. In conclusion there is an assessment of the effectivity of the examined sanctions and if they reached the goals for which they have been imposed and a examines the reasons why the sanctions were quite effective in case of Iran but rather failed in case of DPRK.
