Předběžná náplň práce

Bakalářská práce Vzestup a pád krymského separatismu: vyhlášení samostatnosti a květnová ústava 1992, zpracovaná na základě analýzy dostupných zdrojů, se zabývá problematikou krymského separatismu na Ukrajině v 90. letech 20. století, primárně mezi léty 1989 a 1992. Jejím hlavním tématem je vývoj vztahů mezi Ukrajinou a Krymem v kontextu krymské květnové ústavy, která se stala ztělesněním aspirací krymského separatismu. Ústava byla doplněna prohlášením o samostatnosti, které jednostranně povyšovalo pozici Krymu na stejnou úroveň s Ukrajinou. Dokument ovlivnil vztahy mezi těmito dvěma aktéry a definoval požadavky krymského separatistického hnutí, které zůstaly aktuální po celou dobu, kdy byl Krym součást Ukrajiny. Hlavním cílem práce je zodpovědět otázku, proč byla ústava pro ukrajinskou vládu nepřijatelná a jaký dopad měla na krymsko-ukrajinské vztahy. Práce se postupně věnuje vývoji krymsko-ukrajinských vztahů a genezi krymského separatismu, na jejichž základě se snaží nalézt převládající tendence. Následně práce zkoumá samotnou květnovou ústavu a vyhlášení samostatnosti v roce 1992, respektive její obsah, symboliku a následky v rámci dalšího vývoje. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty dopady květnové ústavy na vztahy mezi zmíněnými dvěma aktéry a důvody Ukrajiny pro její odmítnutí.

The bachelor thesis Rise and Fall of Crimean Separatism: Act of State Independence and Constitution of May 1992, is based on the analysis of available resources. It deals with the problematic issues of Crimean separatism in Ukraine in the 1990s. The thesis analyses the evolution of the internal relations between Crimea and Ukraine in the context of the first Constitution of May 1992, which became the embodiment of separatism on the peninsula. Crimean effort to achieve larger competences and strengthen the autonomous status within Ukraine had been reflected in this constitution. The State of Independence accompanied the constitution and elevated Crimean status defining the relations between the two subjects as a partnership. The May constitution influenced further development of the relations between Crimea and Ukraine. The main purpose of this thesis is to answer the question why the constitution was unacceptable for the Ukrainian government and what impact it had on the relationship between Crimea and Ukraine. The thesis analyses in detail the development of Crimean-Ukrainian relations and evolution of Crimean separatism, which is important for understanding the prevailing tendencies. Furthermore, the thesis endeavors to analyze the May constitution and the Act of State Independence itself. It aims to analyze its content, symbolism, and consequences for further development. In the conclusion of the thesis, the impacts on Crimean-Ukrainian relations and the reasons of rejecting the constitution are summarized.
