The thesis will be dedicated to non-cash transactions and its role in the society. Non-cash transactions – transactions where investing and financing activities do not require cash in the moment, but may have an impact on the formation of the cash flow in the future. The example can be: internet shopping payment for the good, usage of bill of exchange.
Such transactions should be discussed at the end of the annual report, so that they provide all relevant information on such investment and financing activities. Numerous operations related to investing and financing activities that do not have a direct impact on current cash flows, although it affects the structure of assets and capital. Hypothesis: • Operation risk of non-cash transactions is lower than the risk of cash transactions. • Non-cash transactions are necessary for the growth of economy and effective business. • Letter of credit is the most expensive fork of non-cash payments. Outline: 1. Introduction 2. Development of non-cash transactions; Checking the hypothesis that non-cash transactions are necessary for economic development and effective business. 3. Forms of non-cash transactions. Discussion the hypothesis that letter of credit is the most costly one. 4. Advantages and disadvantages of non-cash transactions; Operational risk. 5.
