Předběžná náplň práce

Hlavními cíly disertační práce bylo poskytnout komplexní pohled na problematiku analýzy učebnic a propojit získané poznatky s praktickou tvorbou učebnic. Na výsledky analýzy tématu sacharidy a jejich metabolismus ve vybraných učebnicích a analýzu prekonceptů biochemických pojmů navazuje tvorba učebního textu, který výsledky analýzy respektuje.
Praktická část disertační práce zahrnuje deskriptivní i relační výzkum. V první fázi byla provedena analýza tematického celku sacharidy a jejich metabolismus v devíti vybraných učebnicích středoškolské chemie, analýza celých učebnic a analýza vytvořeného učebního textu. Byla stanovena celková obtížnost metodou Nestlerová-Průcha-Pluskal, sémantická koherence a distantnost, didaktická vybavenost a obsahová a pojmová analýza textu. Výsledky byly následně porovnány a statisticky vyhodnoceny. Ve druhé fázi byla provedena analýza prekonceptů a miskoncepcí pojmu fotosyntéza a struktury sacharidů u žáků devíti středních škol v celé ČR (245 respondentů, obor gymnázium a přírodovědné lyceum). Získané výsledky byly interpretovány, porovnány a statisticky vyhodnoceny.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The providing of the comprehensive view of the issues regarding analysis and the linking of acquired pieces of knowledge with the practical textbook creation have been the main aims of this dissertation. The creation of an instructional text follows the analysis results of the topic carbohydrates and their metabolism in chosen textbooks and the preconception analysis of biochemical terms. The instructional text respects the results of the analysis.
The practical part of the dissertation includes descriptive and relational research. In the first phase – the analysis of the thematic unit carbohydrates and their metabolism in nine chosen textbooks of high school chemistry, the analysis of entire textbooks and the analysis of created instructional text have been carried out. The overall difficulty has been set by the Nestlerová-Průcha-Pluskal method. The dissertation has been also focusing on several aspects including semantic coherence and distance, didactic equipment and content as well as conceptual text analysis. The results were subsequently compared and statistically evaluated. In the second phase – the analysis of preconceptions and misconceptions of the terms photosynthesis and the structure of carbohydrates by the pupils of nine secondary schools throughout the Czech Republic (245 respondents, grammar schools and natural science lyceum) has been performed. The gained results have been interpreted, compared and statistically evaluated.
