V současné době je mnoho ptačích druhů ohroženo vyhynutím. Ve své diplomové práci se budu zabývat analýzou faktorů a druhových vlastností, které ovlivňují stupeň ohrožení ptačích druhů, pomocí databáze sesterských taxonů. Sesterské druhy mají k sobě fylogeneticky nejblíže, protože se oddělily teprve nedávno, z tohoto důvodu mají hodně společných vlastností, které pramení z jejich dlouhé společné evoluční minulosti. Párové srovnání těchto sesterských taxonů umožní vliv fylogenetické příbuznosti odfiltrovat, takže zjištěné rozdíly mezi ohroženými a neohroženými druhy v jejich ekologických charakteristikách nebudou tímto faktorem ovlivněné. Mezi druhové vlastnosti, které budu testovat z hlediska jejich možného ovlivnění ohrožení druhu na globální úrovni, patří biotopové nároky, migrační strategie, reprodukční parametry nebo například velikost areálu. První část práce bude tvořit sběr dat a práce s literaturou- z přílohy publikovaného článku jsem převzala seznam na světě známých sesterských druhů, excerpcí údajů z dostupných literárních kompedií k nim budu doplňovat relevantní ekologické charakteristiky. Ve druhé části se data vyhodnotí párovým testem, ten zjistí, které z těchto charakteristik mezi ohroženými druhy a druhy bez ohrožení se skutečně liší a které nikoliv.
Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce
Many bird species are endangered with extinction today. In my thesis I will deal with the analysis of factors and generic qualities, those that affect the degree of endanger of bird species with the help of a database of related taxons. Sister species are phylogenetically closest to each other, because they separated recently, for this reason, they have a lot of common characteristics, based on their long shared evolutionary past. Pairwise comparisons of these sister taxons allow influence phylogenetic relatedness filter, so the differences between endangered species and non endangered in their environmental characteristics are not affected by this factor. Among the generic properties that will be tested for their possible effect on endangered species on a global level include biotope requirements, migration strategies, reproductive parameters or e.g. the size of complex. The first part will consist of data collection and work with literature. I took over from annex article published list of the world famous sister species. By excerption of the data available resources in the compendiums I will make relevant ecological characteristics. In the second part of the data will be evaluated by paired test, which determines which of these characteristics between endangered species and non endangered are truly different and which are not.
