V konečném důsledku výzkum usiluje o využití efektu blízkosti k realizaci účinných fotospintronických konceptů s vylepšenými funkčními a výkonnostními vlastnostmi.

The doctoral thesis delves into the synthesis and characterization of van der Waals crystals and their heterostructures, with a specific focus on excitonic and magnetic layers. The main goal is to exploit the proximity effect to amalgamate the optical and magnetic properties within these structures. Next, the research aims to design and fabricate novel devices employing laser lithography techniques. The subsequent evaluation of photo-dependent magneto-transport measurements will provide crucial insights into the functionality and potential applications of these heterostructures and devices. Ultimately, the research endeavors to harness the synergistic effects arising from this hybridization process to realize efficient photo-spintronic devices with enhanced functionalities and performance characteristics. |
