Cílem práce je shrnout strukturní a funkční úlohu cytoskeletu v raných fázích savčího vývoje a zdůraznit hlavní děje vedoucí k přestavbám cytoskeletu v tomto klíčovém úseku ontogeneze.
Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce
Cytoskeleton plays an important role in the life of each eukaryotic cell orchestrating intracellular transport, cell movement, polarization, formation, maintenance and changes in intercellular contacts, biomechanical properties, cell shape or response to various extracellular stimuli. The knowledge acquired in the last few decades showed synergy of these processes during ontogenesis. Mammalian early preimplantation embryos often serve as model systems for such studies. The aim of the thesis is to summarize the structural and functional role of the cytoskeleton in early stages of mammalian development and emphasize the main events leading to rearrangements of the cytoskeleton in this key part of development.
