What is the relationship between Mexican drug cartels and the Mexican government and how it has developed throughout the years? a. Including relationship between the cartels and other countries in the American continent. 2. How did the Mexican drug cartels start? a. And the effect it had on the continent. 3. What is the current reach (expansion) of Mexican drug cartels? 4. What is the impact of Mexican drug cartels in the American continent? a. Economically, socially, and economically.
