Předběžná náplň práce

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou možností rehabilitace u pacientů, kteří utrpěli poranění flexorových šlach ruky. Slouží jako souhrn možné intervence ergoterapeutů u pacientů s poraněným flexorovým aparátem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část.
V teoretické části je rozebrána anatomie ruky a flexorových šlach a jemná motorika. Hlavní část je věnována možnostem rehabilitace, ergoterapeutickému vyšetření a terapii pacientů trpících touto problematikou.
Praktická část obsahuje tři kazuistiky pacientů s poraněným flexorovým aparátem.
K hodnocení soběstačnosti v každodenních činnostech byl u pacientů využit test Funkční míry nezávislosti (FIM). Jebsen-Taylor test byl využit k hodnocení jemné motoriky a funkčního používání horních končetin v běžných aktivitách.
Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vlivu rehabilitační léčby na disabilitu u pacientů po poranění flexorových šlach na ruce pomocí testu Funkční míry nezávislosti (FIM) a zhodnocení jemné motoriky pomocí Jebsen-Taylor testu. Dílčím cílem je pak zhodnotit efekt ucelené rehabilitace u vybrané skupiny pacientů po poranění flexorových šlach na ruce pomocí rozdílů ve výsledcích vstupního a výstupního FIM testu a Jebsen-Taylor testu. Dalším dílčím cílem je sestavení ergoterapeutického protokolu, který lze využít během vyšetření pacientů s poraněným flexorovým aparátem.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of rehabilitation options for patients who have suffered injuries to the flexor tendons in the hand. It serves as a summary of possible intervention of occupational therapists in patients with injured flexor apparatus. The work
is divided into theoretical and practical part.
The theoretical part talks about the anatomy of the hand and flexor tendons and fine motor skills. The main part is devoted to the possibilities of rehabilitation, occupational therapy examination and therapy of patients suffering from this issue.
The practical part contains three case reports of patients with injured flexor apparatus. The Functional Independence Measure (FIM) was used to evaluate patient’s independence
in activities of daily living. The Jebsen-Taylor test was used to evaluate fine motor skills
and functional use of the upper limbs in daily activities.
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation treatment on disability in patients after flexor tendon injuries in the hands using the Functional Measure of Independence (FIM) test and to evaluate fine motor skills using the Jebsen-Taylor test. The partial goal is to evaluate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation in a selected group of patients after flexor tendon injuries in the hands using differences in the results of input and output FIM test and Jebsen-Taylor test. Another partial goal is to compile an occupational therapiest's protocol that can be used during the examination of patients with injured flexor apparatus.
