Předběžná náplň práce

Transplantační medicína prošla v posledních dvaceti letech značným vývojem. Transplantace orgánů se staly rutinní součástí léčby a mnohdy jedinou možností pacientů s vážným orgánovým poškozením ledvin. Díky rozvoji imunosupresivních léčiv a zdokonalením chirurgických technik se v posledních letech výrazně zlepšily výsledky transplantací ledvin.
Úvod do problematiky a význam tématu:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pooperační péče u pacienta po transplantaci ledviny. Teoretickou část práce otevírám oblastí anatomie a fyziologie ledvin. Věnuji se i příčinám vzniku selhání ledvin. Současně i příznakům a diagnostice selhání ledvin. Dále se zaobírám léčbou renálního selhání, především transplantací.
V praktické části práce je prezentována kazuistika pacienta po transplantaci ledviny. Na konkrétním případu jsou uváděny ošetřovatelské standardní postupy, potenciální rizika pooperační péče a jejich prevence.
Cíl práce a výzkumné otázky:
Cílem práce je zaměření na pooperační péči o pacienta po transplantaci.
Metodologie (metoda, výzkumný vzorek):
Kazuistická práce propracovaná v teoretickém rámci pooperační péče s uvedenou problematikou.
Předpokládaná implementace:
Práce bude sloužit jako pomocný materiál pro pacienty v po transplantačním období.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

Transplantation medicine has gone through considerable development in this last twenty years. Organ transplantation has become a routine part of the therapy and it is often the only way for the patients with a serious kidney damage.
Thanks to development of immunosuppressive medications and upgraded surgery techniques the kidney transplantation results were greatly improved in the past few years.
Introduction to the problematic and importance of the topic:
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the problematic of postoperative care of the patient after the kidney transplantation. I open the area of anatomy and physiology in the theory part. It contains also causes of origin of the kidneys failure and its symptoms and diagnoses. Then I deal with the treatment of renal failure, mostly with transplantation.
In the practical part is presented case study of the patient after the kidney transplantation. On the specific case there are reported standard nursing procedures and potential risks of the postoperative care with this problematic.
The goal of the bachelor’s thesis and research questions:
The goal of the bachelor’s thesis is to aim to the problematic of postoperative care of the patient after the kidney transplantation.
The Methodology (methods, research sample):
The case study is made in the theory of postoperative care with introduced problematic.
Expected implementation:
The thesis will serve as a helpful material for patients in postoperative thesis.
