Předběžná náplň práce

Diplomová práce se zabývá vymezeným územím česko-polského pohraničí a to částí Opavska na české straně a částí Głubczycka na polské straně. Cílem práce je zjistit zda a v jaké intenzitě probíhají přeshraniční vztahy mezi oběma stranami hranice s důrazem na polskou část. Cílem je také zjistit jaká je funkce hranice a jaké převažují hraniční efekty.
V první části je metodologická část, která popisuje záměry práce a klade si výzkumné otázky a předpoklady. V druhé části jsou představena obecná východiska přeshraničních vztahů, na jejichž základě je poté přistoupeno ke konkrétnímu výzkumu. Třetí část obsahuje stručnou socioekonomickou analýzu zájmového území, která popisuje území z hlediska základních geografických charakteristik. Dále je využito dotazníkové šetření, které probíhá mezi obyvateli vybraných polských sídel. Na základě výsledků tohoto šetření jsou vyhodnoceny výzkumné otázky a předpoklady.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The diploma thesis is concerned to defined territory of the czech - polish borderland area. The research area consists of the part of the Opava region on the czech side of the border and of the part of the Głubczyce region on the polish side of the border. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether and in what intensity the cross-border relations between the two sides of the border exist with an emphasis on the Polish part. The aim is also to find out what is the border function and which border effects predominate.
The first part is a methodological part which describes the intentions of the thesis and puts research questions and assumptions. In the second part, the general starting points of cross-border relations are presented, on the basis of which concrete research is then undertaken. The third part contains a brief socio-economic analysis of the area of interest, describing the area from the point of view of the geographic characteristics. In addition, a questionnaire survey is carried out between residents of selected Polish settlements. Based on the results of this survey, research questions and assumptions are evaluated.
